We were introduced to Christine Lu in March 2022, when we decided to start our financial planning. It took quite some time to review our finances. There is so much to learn and take into account on how we can translate our earnings into a sustainable income stream and provide protection or safety for our loved ones. She is well prepared. I knew Christine through my dad. She seems genuine and has a heart for others. Christine was the first person I contacted when I chipped both of my front teeth after a bad fall. From there she was very prompt in her response and gave me clear steps on what I should do next. She went out of her way to pay me a visit and explained thoroughly the paperwork that needed to be done to make sure that I would be able to get my claims. After collating all the receipts from doctor's and dental appointments, Christine arranged a zoom call with me to guide me through how to upload the claims. It was such a quick and fuss-free process. I knew Christine from my husband's friend and she has been doing an amazing job on giving me advices on what kind of insurances and coverage I should get. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Christine has been our family's financial consultant since 2010. We took up our first life insurance, medical insurance and saving plan for our two children with her. She will update us annually on everything and so we have a peace of mind. In last year, I've buy a new policy life insurance from Christine, but my life insurance underwriting result came back with exclusions breast cancer due to my pre-existing condition, mainly because of my breast cyst, thus making it much more difficult for me to get any insurance on a standard term. She know her product and is able to properly introduce the right things according to a person's situation & stages in life. She always explains thoroughly and patiently, important things need to be done, and gives us different perspectives from more angles, and so open in the pro & con, what's the extra precaution and what to expect. I got to know Christine through my husband. Christine's sincerity and warmth eased me comfortably into a trusting relationship with her. Throughout these years, I had never once felt pressured into getting any policies.
